Our Chilaca Chocolate Liqueur is inspired by traditional chocolate (or, “xocolatl”) served by the indigenous peoples of Mexico and Central America. At once slightly bitter and earthy but still with a round, balanced sweetness from local buckwheat honey, it is as intriguing as it is versatile.
Made with an abundance of cacao nibs, along with canela cinnamon and ancho and pasilla chiles, it is unlike anything you’ve tasted before. It’s great in a wide variety of cocktails or served simply after a meal.
Chilaca Chocolate Liqueur is designed to play well with others and its applications are only limited by your imagination.
